Specializing in contractor partnerships and business development, Ian focuses on building the strategic relationships necessary for TSDG to scale and deliver value to the Austin construction industry.
Dean Bayliss
Managing Member & Operations Lead
Leading the day-to-day execution of the workforce development program, Dean oversees curriculum implementation, practical training delivery, and facility operations to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
