Workplace Readiness Assessment
Structured Feedback & Certification
We evaluate fundamental practical skills, safety awareness, reliability, and work ethic to determine readiness for the contractor's specific operational environment.
Contractors receive detailed feedback on cohort performance and a certificate of completion. Where feasible, we facilitate a recognized safety credential for participants.

We identify and partner with Austin-based contractors who value structured workforce development and seek to reduce new-starter attrition through a controlled assessment environment.

Closed-Enrollment Cohorts
Selected employees are placed into a closed-enrollment cohort, ensuring a consistent learning environment and minimizing external variables that could impact assessment accuracy.

Participants engage in hands-on masonry-focused training within a facility equipped with professional safety controls and industry-standard equipment.
